New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India is set to hear a batch of petitions on December 12, challenging the constitutionality of certain provisions in the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991.
This Act prohibits the filing of lawsuits to reclaim places of worship or change their character from what existed on August 15, 1947.
