SBI's growth mantra: Digital first, customer first, nation always, says chairman C S Setty

For SBI, the next chapter of growth is being shaped by a blend of digital innovation, customer relationships and its traditional role in supporting India’s economy, the bank's Chairman C S Setty said on September 27.

The country’s largest lender is pursuing a strategy centred on digital banking, customer focus and a broader national purpose as it looks to sustain business growth, Setty added.
