A savvy Scots mum-of-two has shared how she manages to feed her entire family on a tight budget from Aldi.
Kimberley Grant, from Falkirk, recently shared her perfect shopping list that creates a full weeks worth of budget-friendly and healthy family meals with items all purchased from Aldi.
As many families across the country continue to feel the pinch from the cost of living crisis, many have been looking for ways to cut back on their spending - especially at the supermarket. The soaring rate of grocery price inflation has forced many households to look into cutting back on their weekly food bill out of a necessity these days.
And it looks like it the budget chain continues to be a great place to visit for families looking to get in the weekly shop for less, as the money-savvy mum manages to feed her entire family for just £26.95.
Kimberley, who is mum to two toddlers, recently took to her Instagram account to share just how a weekly food shop from Aldi helped her to create seven tasty meals that fed her entire family - with leftovers to spare for lunches.
From Scotch Beef Mince and Tatties to a Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta bake, Kim's weekly meals from Aldi can work out at as little as just 85p per portion.
And as the Scots mum understands how the cost of living is currently on everyone's minds right now, especially for those with families, she has decided to share her entire weekly meal plan that you can purchase yourself from Aldi.
Speaking of her Aldi shopping list, Kim said: "The October break can be a bit of a stress for families when you’re trying to stretch your budget to include breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
"I have managed to perfect my shopping list and can get a week’s worth of dinners for £25.95 and they’re generous portions meaning lots of leftovers for me and my family."
