Saved By The Bell star Mark-Paul Gosselaar looks almost unrecognisable in recent pictures - taken 30 years after hit US show finished. The high school heart-throb - now 49 - quickly became a household name for playing Zack Morris in the NBC sitcom.
Back then, the 19-year-old was known for his character's stylish blond hair and 'cool kid' persona. But now, many fans of the show may have trouble recognising him due to his vastly different appearance three decades on from his time at Bayside High School.
Images taken from the red carpet at throwback event 90's Con Festival in Connecticut, USA on Saturday (March 18) show the Hollywood actor with much darker hair and black rimmed glasses. He completed his look with a casual cream shirt, grey jeans and brown shoes, as reported by the Mirror.

Mark-Paul was also spotted there with fellow Saved By The Bell icon, Mario Lopez. One picture showed them posing together with Mario's arm around Mark-Paul's shoulder.
The convention saw a whole host of other 1990's stars come together to celebrate their work. Other well-known TV celebrities included the likes of Sabrina the Teenage Witch's Melisa Joan Hart, Clueless movie actress Alicia Silverstone, Kel Mitchell of the TV series All That, Jason Marsden from Hocus Pocus and Drew Fuller, who played Chris Halliwell in Charmed.
Saved By The Bell ran for 86 episodes and was a world-wide hit. The first ever episode aired on August 20, 1989 and the very last was broadcast on May 22, 1993.
In between, Mark-Paul Gosselaar took on the role of Zack for several years and in 2021, he returned for a special spin-off series. After finding success on the TV show, the star went on to find further success in other shows such as Franklin & Bash and The Passage.
In 1996, Mark-Paul married actress Lisa Ann Russell, who had appeared in an episode of the spin-off Saved By The Bell: The College Years three years earlier. The pair had two children together - Michael, 19, and Ava, 17 - before splitting in 2010.
He went on to marry advertising executive Catriona McGinn and the couple share two children together - Dekker, 10, and Lachlyn, eight.
