A ransom note from the purported kidnappers of Today host Savannah Guthrie’s mother reportedly demands $6 million and threatens Nancy Guthrie’s life if a 5 p.m. Monday deadline for payment isn’t met.

That development came after investigators were seen parked outside of theToday star’s sister Annie’s home in Tucson, reports NewsNation. Officers were seen carrying brown bags and blue gloves after more than three hours inside.
