The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of condolences to Jordan’s King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein over the death of Queen Rania’s father, the Saudi Press Agency reported Saturday.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a similar cable of condolences, SPA said.
The queen’s father, Faisal Sidqi Al-Yassin, passed away on Friday.
The Royal Hashemite Court has announced a seven-day mourning, as of Friday.
