Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz received a written message from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Saudi Press Agency reported Sunday.
The message was conveyed to the Crown Prince by visiting Indian Foreign Minister Dr. Subrahmanym Jaishankar during a meeting at the Crown Prince's office in Jeddah.
The Crown Prince and Jaishankar discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and opportunities of enhancing them. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments, SPA said.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, and Saleh Al-Husseini, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to India.
On the Indian side, the meeting was attended by the Assistant Undersecretary of the foreign minister's office, Dr. Shilbak Ambolay, SPA added.
