Saudi Arabia, Arab and Gulf countries declared Monday as the first day of Eid al-Fitr, the holiday that marks the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
The Saudi Supreme Court congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, all citizens, residents, and Muslims on the occasion.
Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria and Sudan also declared Monday as the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
