Saudi Arabia said Thursday that it added 25 people and entities from different nationalities to the country's terrorism list, saying they are involved in financing Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi militias.
A statement by the presidency of State Security said that in coordination with the US Treasury Department - Office of Foreign Assets Control, it has classified 25 individuals and entities involved in facilitating the financial activities of the terrorist Houthis militias with the support of the Quds Force of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), working as an international network aimed at destabilizing Yemen.
All funds and assets belonging to the individuals and entities added to the terrorism list must be frozen, it said.
It added that legal measures will be taken against anyone who is found guilty of establishing a relationship with them.
