ROAD closures remain in place on Tuesday morning after a fire at a derelict building on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow.
The fire, which was reported around 2am, was in the three-storey derelict Jumpin' Jaks nightclub and nine appliances, one height appliance and three specialist resources were sent to the scene.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue (SFRS) spokesperson said: "There are no reported casualties at this time and crews remain in attendance."
Sauchiehall Street is closed between Pitt Street and Douglas Street, with closures also in place on Renfrew Street at Scott Street and Dalhousie Street.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area at this time.
