Sauce Gardner has been patrolling the secondary for the Jets for nearly two full seasons now, but the star cornerback made a stunning revelation on Tuesday that caught football fans by surprise.
Gardner took to X on Tuesday to inform his fans that, for the first time ever, he’d experienced a New York style slice of pizza.
Gardner explained in a subsequent tweet that he’d grown up eating Detroit style pizza, so it had long been his preference when it came to the food.
After two years of living in New York, he finally gave in and tried one of the city’s renowned pizza places, and he was clearly impressed.
