Following six intense weeks of challenges, SAS Who Dares Wins season seven has finally concluded. Chief Instructor Rudy Reyes told Paige Zima and Shylla Duhaney that they had passed selection after a genuinely gruelling season.
They began as two of twenty contestants on Channel 4’s competitive military special forces training show back in April. They ultimately proved triumphant in the final episode, which aired on Sunday, May 15, and saw the recruits subject to a harrowing capture and interrogation.
Paige Zima summed up their experience with an emotional post on Instagram, saying: "Well here we have it the end of SAS WDW…truth is it’s not the end it's only the start. The beginning of self belief, worth and drive…all of these things I now take into my life. Passing this course reassures me I am strong and I am capable of anything I set my mind to."

She went on to say: "I have met some incredible inspiring people, all recruits are now friends for life. I’m excited for my next chapter." After thanking the crew and production staff of the show, she concluded by saying: "forever grateful for this experience."
While most will recognise Zima from her time on SAS WDW, her Instagram page reveals much more about her. Her posts include her charity work supporting men’s mental health, family time, and a glamorous sense of style.
Recently, Zima has shared plenty of images and videos from her time on SAS Who Dares Wins, including footage of her and fellow winner Shylla Duhaney working together to win a capture-the-tyre challenge in the desert. In somewhat less dramatic circumstances, she also posted pictures from behind the scenes of their appearance on Good Morning Britain promoting the show.
In contrast to the military fatigues that many fans will have seen her in recently, Paige has also shared images of her social life outside the show, including a stunning shot of her out for drinks in a glamorous dark green dress. She also recently rocked some 1920s vintage style for a Peaky Blinders themed party.
Family appears to be a big part of Paige’s life, as she regularly posts pictures of her spending quality time with her children, out on walks, going for coffee, and on holidays. She recently captioned a wholesome camping trip picture with "Me and mine" and an accompanying tent emoji.
Paige Zima is also a big advocate and fundraiser for men’s mental health after losing her father to suicide. She currently has a Just Giving page running to raise funds for the mental health charity ManHealth via a sponsored hike to Scotland and ascent of Ben Nevis, which she expects to take three days and ten hours, covering 235 miles - before climbing the highest mountain in the British Isles.
Paige is also one of the founders of the training events company Women Warriors, which provides women with courses that include next-level training and take them “on a journey of self-belief.” She regularly posts pictures and updates from the company on her Instagram.
