SAS Australia V England: Everything You Need To Know About The Cast, Trailer & Premiere Date

After a three-year hiatus, SAS Australia’s newest season is on the horizon, with an official cast list, trailer and premiere date for 2026.

Buckle up folks, it’s gonna get muddy.

Adding a fresh twist to the series, the upcoming fifth instalment of SAS is subtitled Australia v England, and will see famous Aussies compete against Brits as they all undergo an array of gruelling special forces challenges.

This time, contestants will be pushed to the physical and psychological max in the remote deserts of Morocco (trust me, it won’t be as chic as it sounds), all while raising money for their chosen charity.

So, here’s everything you need to know about SAS Australia vs England.

Table of Contents

Who is in the cast of SAS Australia v England?

So who are we about to see on the verge of tears as we watch from the comfort of our couch?

The season five cast of SAS is led by Jessika Power, who you might remember from season six of Married At First Sight. Remember *that* cheating scandal? Yep, that’s her!

In a crossover you could’ve never predicted, she’ll be joined by Neighbours star Ryan Moloney, whose portrayal of Toadie across its seemingly unending run will live in Aussie soap canon.

On the pop star front, Natalie Bassingthwaighte will also venture into the Moroccan desert, alongside actor and presenter Axle Whitehead, Olympic swimmers Emily Seebohm and Mack Horton and former cricketer Brad Hodge

Those last three will contribute to the Australian team’s athleticism, but if they ever need a villain edit or a pop hook, Jessika and Nat have got them covered.

As for Team England, you can expect to see Love Island‘s Dani Dyer and Gabby Allen, retired rugby union player Ben Cohen, retired bobsledder Toby Olubi, influencer Jack Joseph and Cole Anderson-James, and retired cricketer Graeme Swann.

This year’s shebang, according to The Daily Telegraph, will not be hosted by Ant Middleton. Instead, our stars will be guided by the presenters of the UK version, SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Last year, Middleton was swept up in the controversy when his brother, Dan Middleton, was disqualified from the most recent season of Amazing Race Australia over off-camera comments he made about fellow contestants Luke and Sassy Scott

However, it’s understood that the decision regarding Middleton’s position on SAS Australia V England was made before The Amazing Race incident.

When does SAS Australia v England start?

SAS Australia v England will kick off on Wednesday, April 29.

Is there a trailer for SAS Australia v England?

Yesssss! In this trailer, we get to see some of your Aussie and English faves talk about all the things they’re about to give up for SAS Australia v England.

Also, still gagged at Jessika Power running around with a gun.
