Sarasota Bradenton Airport Closed Friday Due To Hurricane Milton

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport will remain closed on Friday as a result of Hurricane Milton. The airport ceased operations at 4 p.m. on October 8 in anticipation of the storm's arrival. Currently, airport crews are evaluating the conditions and commencing cleanup efforts following Hurricane Milton's impact, as stated on the airport's official Facebook page.

Passengers are advised to directly contact their respective airlines for updates on flight statuses, as per the information provided on the airport's website.
