Sarah Ferguson has sold a Belgravia townhouse for £400,000 less than she paid for it.

The Duchess of York, 65, completed the sale in August for £3.85 million, according to Land Registry documents uncovered by the Daily Mail, which also reported the figure is about 10 percent below the £4.25 million she spent acquiring the home in 2022 from Sebastian Macdonald-Hall, son of property developer Caspar Macdonald-Hall.
