Sarah Ferguson asked Epstein for help with a children's charity while he was in jail for child prostitution offences, emails reveal

Sarah Ferguson sought out advice from Jeffrey Epstein about how to promote her charity working with vulnerable children while he was in jail for child prostitution offences.

The former Duchess of York described the disgraced paedophile as a “genius” in an email revealed by the Epstein files, reported by the Daily Mail.

This came in response to Epstein suggesting she make an army-inspired movie trailer showing women breastfeeding, instead of engaged in warfare.

The message was sent on July 5, 2009, which was 17 days before he was released from jail for soliciting sex from girls as young as 14.

Epstein was on a “work-release” programme at the time, which allowed him to access his emails at his office in Palm Beach, the Mail reported.

The former duchess had previously met with Amr Al-Dabbagh, a Saudi businessman to discuss ways in which she could support his charity for “vulnerable children and orphans” at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

She shared the news of the meeting with Epstein, who shared his thoughts on how best to support the vulnerable children with her.

In the email, he wrote: “Imagine a movie trailer modeled after 'Be All You Can Be.' Join the army -but with photos of mothers, not soldiers.

“Breastfeeding instead of shooting; reading to a child instead of teaching them to handle a rifle”.

Showering the sex offender with praise, the impressed Duchess replied: “Has anyone told you, you are a genius”.

Since the Epstein files were released, Sarah has reportedly spent more than a month in a Swiss wellness retreat, according to The Mail.

A representative for the former Duchess has been contacted for comment.
