The Giants’ week just got worse, and just days after watching Saquon Barkley’s three-touchdown debut, they’ll have to deal with the stud running back earning a significant award.
Fresh off his dominant performance in a Week 1 win over the Packers in Brazil, Saquon Barkley has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

It’s his 4th time winning the award and first since Week 1 of 2022.
Barkley had 26 touches in the season opener, logging 132 yards, two rushing touchdowns, and one receiving touchdown while giving the Eagle’s offense a boost of energy and explosiveness that they’ve been missing at the running back position.
