NEW DELHI: Kumar Sangakkara, the head coach of Rajasthan Royals (RR), disclosed that he has been utilising two of Sanju Samson's bats while participating in village cricket matches in the United Kingdom. The revelation elicited an enthusiastic response from the Indian batter on Wednesday.
In a video shared by the Rajasthan Royals, which Samson subsequently posted on his Instagram story, Sangakkara mentioned, "I am using two of Men in Blue star's bats while playing village cricket." The legendary Sri Lankan cricketer also reached out to RR spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, requesting some additional cricket equipment.
