Sandra Bullock revealed she is taking a hiatus from her acting career to focus on raising her children.
The Proposal actress, 57, has children Louis, 12, and Laila, 10.
After the screening of her new movie, The Lost City, she explained her future plans when it came to work and family.
"I am just going to take some time to be a mom,' Sandra said at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas.
She also shared the news during a chat with Entertainment Tonight.
"I take my job very seriously when I'm at work," the Heat actress explained, revealing that her acting job is a 24/7 commitment.
"And I just want to be 24/7 with my babies and my family. That's where I'm gonna be for a while."
The actress began the adoption process for her son when she was married to TV star Jesse James.
However, when they split and divorced in 2010, Sandra opted to continue the adoption process for Louis as a single parent.
She went on to adopt Laila in 2015.
Sandra was recently pictured looking chic as she arrived at the filming of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
The star stunned in a salmon pink blazer, black crop top and multi-coloured trousers as she arrived at the building in New York City.
She looked fresh-faced in simple make-up and black eyeshadow. The actress also had her hair in loose waves.
The Bird Box star previously opened up about her adoption journey back in 2015.

Speaking to People about her children, she revealed that the two - both adopted from Louisiana - came to her 'at the exact right time'.
"My family is blended and diverse, nutty, and loving and understanding," she said. "That’s a family."
There was a point in her life when she assumed her chance to be a mother had passed.
"And then (Hurricane) Katrina happened," Sandra told Today.
"Katrina happened in New Orleans, and I knew. Like, just something told me that my child was there. It was weird. It was very, very weird."
However, it didn't happen immediately.
"Three or four years later," Bullock said of when she became a mother. "But then I looked at (Louis), and I just said, 'Oh, there you are.' It's like he had always been there."
