Samsung tipped to be making its own Meta Ray-Ban-style smart glasses — here’s when they launch

Samsung is reportedly developing a pair of Meta Ray-Ban-esque smart glasses that it hopes to reveal before the end of 2026. These would be separate from the full AR glasses, dubbed Project Haean, in development in a partnership with Google.

According to the Korean publication Seoul Economic Daily (via Jukanlosreve), the display-free Samsung glasses will feature speakers, a microphone and a camera, similar to the Meta Ray-Ban glasses. SE Daily claims that Samsung is developing its smart glasses as a way to take a “leading position” in the burgeoning market.
