Bespoke Jet is the flagship model in Samsung's line-up of Jet Stick cordless vacuums.
There are a number of different variants; the model I was sent for review was the Bespoke Jet Pro Extra.
It has a powerful 210-airwatt motor, almost as immense as Dyson’s 240-airwatt flagship V15 Absolute and certainly as effective in everyday use.
It comes bundled with the firm's Integrated Cleaning Station, one of its unique selling points. This sucks debris from the vacuum's 0.5 litre dustbin into an external dirtbag inside the charging rack anytime you dock the vacuum on the cleaning station.

This method of dirt disposal is quick and hygienic – there is no risk of you breathing in nasty particles from your dust. The dustbin itself is washable, incidentally. While the dustbag self-seals when you go to remove it. You get three dustbags in the box, by the way.
The only thing to be mindful of is when the dustbag has emptied you need to close the bin lid manually before you next use the vacuum.
Another plus is the machine comes with two batteries and you can charge them simultaneously.
Bespoke Jet also features a unique dual brush floorhead, which the firm said delivers improved debris pickup when used on bare floors.
There is also a miniature turbo brush attachment that the firm said offers superior pet hair-cleaning performance, but I couldn’t test this on pet hair during the review period. However, I did find this tool useful for cleaning the stairs.
The vacuum has a five-stage filtration system (including a HEPA filter) that's most effective at sealing in fine particles. The filters (along with the dirtbag) are easily accessible.
The high-end cordless vacuum came with a dedicated mopping attachment called the Spray Spinning Sweeper which works with both reusable wet pads and disposable wet pads (that stick to an attachable pad).
Sample packs are included in the box but the snag with the disposable model is that Samsung’s website currently says the wet pads “are currently not available from any of our retail partners.”
However, the reusable pads are easy to clean in a washing machine cycle.
Bespoke Jet’s controls are simple to use. You have a power button and plus and minus keys. You just switch it on and use the keys to toggle between four cleaning modes: low, medium, high and jet. There is no trigger to keep depressed as you use it.
An LED light on the handle indicates when there is a clog, brush obstruction, missing filter or when the vacuum isn't assembled properly.
Aside from that the LED will tell you how much run time is left and which of the four levels of power you are using.
You get the usual array of accessories you might expect such as those mentioned already and a motorised miniature turbo brush pet tool, flexible tool, crevice tool, combination soft bristle brush and upholstery tool.
There is an odd-sized accessory cradle for the tools with its own power adapter which enables you to charge the spare battery.
You can also use it as a handheld vacuum for overhead areas, furniture and stairs if you wish.
Battery life depends on the setting you use the machine at – it can vary from 10 minutes to one hour. Having the second battery on hand to swap in is so helpful.
It takes more than three hours to recharge the batteries, incidentally.
Bespoke Jet may be a plastic construction, but it feels well-built and has a metallic finish that looks premium. My review unit was Midnight Blue in colour.
The review model is relatively expensive but there are cheaper options without some accessories such as the Spray Spinning Sweeper.
Verdict
I can’t fault the stylish machine: you get powerful cleaning, two batteries, mopping functionality – and best of all it empties itself.
Pricing and availability
Samsung Bespoke Jet Pro Extra costs €1169 at Samsung and €1049 at Harvey Norman.
