'Same party' leases out 2 units at new Broadmarsh bus station and car park

Two more units at the new Broadmarsh bus station and car park have been leased out.

Numbers 7 and 9 of Carrington Street have been leased out, according to Nottingham City Council documents, and while the value of these units has not been disclosed, they have been leased out to the "same party".

The council document states: "The new Broad Marsh Bus Station and Car Park contains five retail units fronting Carrington Street and two internal retail spaces which have been marketed by FHP.

"Heads of Terms have been agreed with one party covering letting of two retail units within the scheme.

"Letting the units will provide retail income to the council and the Broad Marsh bus station and car park project.

"To progress the lease agreements and finalise the letting approval is required."

It comes after the council leased out numbers 3 and 5 in Carrington Street, along with unit 7 in the concourse of the bus station.
