Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson jokingly took aim at girlfriend Zara McDermott on Wednesday after surgery to remove a wisdom tooth left her bedridden.
The 30-year-old took to Instagram to poke fun at his Love Island belle, who was laid up with an ice pack strapped to her face to soothe her pain.
Sam saw the funny side, however, and compared her current situation to a snap of his 25-year-old other half looking stunning in a red bikini.
In the short video posted on the social media platform, Sam showed his 1.5 million followers the sexy shot, before turning his camera to Zara, who looked less than impressed.
The clip - which Sam captioned 'This isn’t what I ordered. Prank me at your peril @zara_mcdermott ' went down well with fans though - receiving more than 80,000 likes.
Zara, meanwhile, took to her own Instagram account to document her recovery, and shared an image of herself in bed, which she captioned: "4.5 days post surgery and still in agony! 4am - 7am is the worst time for me."
Sam had already made light of Zara's woes two days earlier by a posting a reel of clips beginning just after her procedure, whilst she was still feeling the effects of anaesthetic.
"Those drugs got her good," he joked as Zara slurred her speech as a result of her swollen mouth.
She later replied: "I have 0 recollection of this!"
Zara, meanwhile, recently said she fears she could be a "workaholic" after revealing she hates going to sleep at night – opting to work instead.
The reality star turned documentary maker says her brain "works best between 10pm and 1am" and that she gets "zero excitement" from going to bed.
Taking to Instagram, she showed her "regimented" daily routine and explained that she plans every day in 30-minute segments.
She added that despite her "tiring" schedule, if she doesn't do it, she gets "overwhelmed"
"Does anyone else just not enjoy sleep?” she asked. "I sleep because I have to, not because I want to."
Zara added: "I get zero excitement to get into bed because for some reason my brain works best between the hours of 10pm and 1am which means I often send work messages and emails at ridiculous hours, come up with ideas etc."
