Sam Moore leaves Cardiff with immediate effect after difficult time following Wales v England battle for him

Sam Moore has left Cardiff by mutual consent with immediate effect.

The former England Under-20s No. 8 joined Cardiff from Sale Sharks in January 2020 - pledging his future to Welsh rugby having previously been caught in an Anglo-Welsh tug of war.

However, his time in the Welsh capital has been blighted by injuries, limiting him to just eight appearances for the Arms Park side.
