Sam Kerr says Chelsea are prepared to “grind” their way to the Women’s Super League title after battling past Tottenham last night.

Emma Hayes’ side were not at their best against Spurs but Beth England and Kerr’s goals, either side of Kerys Harrop equalising for Spurs, secured them a vital 2-1 win.
