Fans of Outlander hunk Sam Heughan have been up in arms about the availability of his branded whisky and tequila products worldwide.

However, the tequila that is included under the Sassenach brand is only available in the US for a limited time, and fans are letting Sam know of their frustrations on social media. Sam posted an advertisement to his Instagram, captioning the post: "#NationalTequilaDay is upon us! Make #SassenachSelect your choice. Grab your bottle in time to celebrate this Sunday. This was where disgruntled fans took to, to let Sam know of their problems with the spirits brand. One Instagram user wrote: "Send it to New Brunswick and I will! #offthemap #leftout."
Another said: "Are you not selling this in the UK/Europe? I only found it in the US. As well as the whisky flask."
A third wrote: "It is a pity that it does not reach Poland."
More comments read: "Believe me I would if I could!" While others wrote: "Will drink the Sassenach whisky whilst I wait for the Sassenach Select tequila to be released in the UK... I have hope!!"
Another Instagram user added: "Sorry! I love Sam but this whole cowboy thing doesn’t suit him at all. Give up on the Tequila, which hasn’t been very successful, and concentrate on the whisky and making sure we can get it in CA."
Finally, one concluded: "Hurry up and release it for us then!!"
Sam is currently filming for the seventh series of Outlander, taking place across Scotland and the UK. Previous series of the fantasy drama are available on StarzTV.
