Outlander and Men in Kilts star Sam Heughan is celebrating another award win for his hugely popular Sassenach whisky. It's just won double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC) for the third year running.
The Scots actor first announced the whisky in 2019, before launching it in the US in March 2020, and since then its won multiple awards including this most recent win. The chuffed actor took to Twitter to share the news.
He posted a clip of him raising the bottle, adding: "Proud to share that the Sassenach Spirit was awarded Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition!"
