There are now just a few days to go until Newcastle hosts its biggest gigs of the year, when Sam Fender takes to the stage at St James' Park for two shows.
It was back in September that North Shields star Sam announced he'd been playing on the pitch of his favourite football team, with tickets flying out as soon as they went on sale, forcing am to quickly add a second date. That too didn't take long to sell out and, since then, those lucky enough to have bagged a ticket, have been on countdown to the concerts.
Sam has had a busy few weeks, ticking a huge box by supporting his musical idol in Italy and now, he and his band are looking forward to a return to home turf, to play the biggest shows of their careers to date.
