Sam Faiers has begged for help after claiming she's been 'scammed' by booking a villa via Airbnb.
The online lettings company has homestays all over the world - and boasts several properties in Dubai where Sam and her family are staying.
However, it seems things haven't gone to plan in the Middle East after the mum-of-three, 32 posted an impassioned plea on Instagram.
Sam wrote: "Hey, can someone please shares a direct @airbnb contact with me? I have a scam case, but I'm getting no response from anyone. I booked a villa with a 'Superhost' with many 5 star reviews, they had been a member for more than 10 years and I followed all the steps via the airbnb platform.
"I don't like to post about things like this on here but it's my last resort. ps. Be very careful if you book via this website. I thought it was one of the trusted ones, but clearly not."
The Mirror has contacted Airbnb for comment, who said they are looking into the matter.
Sam has been posting photos of her family enjoying their holiday in Dubai, where they've been staying at the swanky Atlantis hotel.
Husband Paul, and kids Paul Jr, Rosie and Edward have all been making the most of the luxury resort's facilities, including its inviting pool.
Meanwhile, Sam's sister Billie is in the Maldives with her family and mum, Susie.
Fans couldn't get over how young the glamorous gran looked looked as she posed in a black and white striped bikini in front of the ocean.
"Loving life in the Maldives," said Suzie, 54, as she uploaded the snap to her socials.
Fans took to the comments to say how incredible she looked, despite being a grandmother of six.
One said: "how do you keep your figure? You look fantastic. Xx"
While another gushed: "I bet ppl never believe you are a Grandma. Id love to look as hot as you Suzy xx"
Billie has been keeping her fans up to date with her family's luxury holiday on Instagram.
The mum-of-three, who shares Nelly, eight, Arthur, six, and baby girl Margot, four months, with her husband, Greg, was seen cuddling her youngest child on a picture-perfect beach.
On Monday evening, the reality TV star held her baby girl up high in front of a stunning sunset with the caption: "Margot in the Maldives."
