Sam DSouza petitions Bombay HC to quash CBI proceedings

MUMBAI: Sanville Adrian D’Souza alias Sam Dsouza has approached the Bombay high court vacation bench with a plea for quashing criminal proceedings and interim relief in connection with an alleged extortion and corruption case filed by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) linked to the October 2021 Cordelia Cruise drug bust case by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The petition is scheduled to be heard on Friday before the vacation bench of Justices Abhay Ahuja and MM Sathaye.
