Sam Allardyce favourite for Leeds United job ahead of Brendan Rodgers and Graham Potter

Sam Allardyce is currently the bookies' choice to remain in charge of Leeds United next season. The 68-year-old has been appointed until the end of the season but is 2/1 to be given an extended stay.

The former England manager has been given the job of keeping Leeds United in the Premier League following the sacking of Javi Gracia in March. He has two games in which to do, having picked up a point from his opening two matches against Man City and Newcastle United.

Leeds travel to West Ham on Sunday and then entertain Tottenham on the final day of the season.

Also fancied to be in with a shout, according to the bookmakers, are Brendan Rodgers and Graham Potter. Rodgers was sacked by Leicester last month after the Foxes dropped into the relegation zone following a late defeat at Crystal Palace.

Potter, meanwhile, was put out of his much-publicised misery at Chelsea when he got the boot around a similar time. He had previously made a name for himself at Brighton.

Former Leeds United midfielder Lee Bowyer is 10/1 to make a return, ahead of Liverpool legend and former Rangers and Aston Villa manager Steven Gerrard.

Here are the latest odds to be the manager of Leeds on the opening day of next season, correct at the time of printing.
