Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor is set to become a proud showbiz mum once again as her younger daughter Hattie has reportedly landed a big TV role.
The Sally Metcalfe actress, 59, already has one daughter, Phoebe, in the acting circuit after the 27-year-old landed the role of Daphne in Netflix hit Bridgerton.
Now, her younger daughter Hattie Dynevor is said to have landed her first professional gig in BBC1 drama Waterloo Road.
The school-based drama is the same show which helped launch her sister Phoebe's career 14 years ago.
Phoebe played student Siobhan Mailey, where she appeared alongside Doctor Who star Jenna Coleman.
Now, with Hattie venturing into the world of TV acting a TV insider predicts the family could be an acting dynasty.
A source said: "Hattie bagging a part on Waterloo Road sees the Dynevors become a real acting dynasty.
"It is a no-brainer for the show and a shrewd move for her too. Not many fledgling stars would get a part on such a big drama so early in their career.
"But they’re confident she has the skills to do the job — after all the ability to perform runs in the family," they added to The Sun.
Sally, who is said to have landed a lucrative contract to keep her on Corrie, and Phoebe aren't the only members of the Dynevor family who are in the TV business either. Sally's husband Tim, whom she married in 1995, started out as an actor before moving into script writing.
Tim, w ho Sally recently shared rare snaps of, has written fir a number of shows including Emmerdale.
Sally's eldest daughter Phoebe has had parts in a number of TV series including Waterloo Road, Prisoners Wives, and Snatch.
But she sky rocketed to fame when she appeared alongside hunk Regé Jean-Page on the first series of Bridgerton.
Phoebe's character Daphne played a central role within the first series of the Netflix hit, which saw her character fall in love with the Duke of Hastings, played by Regé.
She went on to appear in the second series of the show, despite Regé stepping away from his role.
But, earlier this year, Phoebe confirmed she wouldn't be returning for the Shondaland produced programme for its third season.
When asked by Screen Rant if she would be reprising her role as Daphne, Phoebe explained: "Sadly not in season three. Potentially in the future. But season three, I'm just excited to watch as a viewer."
However, Phoebe hasn't been short of acting gigs as following her appearance in Bridgerton, she has been cast in series The Colour Room, where she plays the lead role of Clarice Cliff.
Meanwhile, she also plays Alexandra in Netflix's Bank of Dave as well as Emily in Fair Play.
