Salford beats Manchester to be named best UK city for street food

Salford has beaten Manchester to be named the best city for street food in the whole of the UK. Manchester’s neighbouring city even beat London to the top slot, based on various data collated by food truck makers Diamond Trailers.

It picked up the data from takeaway site Just Eat’s listings of street food takeaways across the country. The number of takeaways per capita and the cost per meal was then crunched in order to find the UK top 10.
