The company's other clients include Very, Littlewoods, Pundstretcher and Argos.

A statement signed off by the board said: "The company faces a number of risks and uncertainties and the directors believe that those that are key to the business are in respect of competition from other UK manufacturers and meeting customer expectations for quality, delivery, performance and availability.

"The directors also recognise that there are a number of trading factors outside their control which may affect the future development of the company.

"The directors anticipate that the business environment will remain competitive.

"With continued investment in the company's manufacturing and distribution facilities the directors are confident that, in spite of the current economic conditions, the company will continue to grow."
