The Sydney mansion of conwoman Melissa Caddick has sold for close to $10 million, which liquidators say is a strong result amid declining property prices.
Work has been under way since early last year to liquidate Caddick's assets, including valuable artworks, property and luxury goods, after she was found to have pulled off a $30 million Ponzi scheme before disappearing.
