An urgent warning has been issued over a certain Sainsbury's item that could cause salmonella symptoms in people.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has alerted Sainsbury's customers to the purchase of a dip, and urged them to return it to the store for a full refund.
A whole batch of the dip, named Yarden Tahina and produced by Osmem UK, has been found to have been contaminated with salmonella bacteria.

This bacteria can pose health risks to people, with symptoms including diarrhoea, fever and abdominal pain and cramps. There will be noticed placed at stores across the UK alerting customers to the possible health risk.
Those affected by this contamination can return the dip to their local store for a full refund.
