Sainsbury’s are giving Manchester shoppers, residents and workers a free breakfast between 9am and 11am tomorrow morning. There will be a ‘Vegfast Van’ at Cathedral Gardens dishing out free and healthy meals to kickstart the day.
Early birds will be able to enjoy breakfast dishes such as banana colada smoothie bowl, carrot cake bircher and green herb frittata – all of which count towards one of your five-a-day.
It comes as Sainsbury’s and Nectar are trying to encourage the nation to eat more fruit and veg after data revealed more than 25 million British adults aren’t getting their recommended daily intake.
