Pakistan's narrow three-wicket victory in the first ODI against South Africa in Paarl on Tuesday followed a moment of bonhomie as the visitors left the disappointment of the T20I series loss behind them to start the 50-overs leg of their tour on a winning note.
In a heartwarming gesture, all-rounder Salman Ali Agha, who was named the 'Player of the Match' for his 4/32 and 82 not out, chose to share his award with the young talent Saim Ayub who starred with his second ODI century (109) to lead the visitors' successful run-chase.
