Actor Saif Ali Khan has sold a 797 sq ft carpet-area apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 4.11 crore, along with two open parking spaces. The transaction details are based on property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. In a separate transaction, Khan has leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road to Durva Fintech Private Limited for a monthly rent of Rs 22.76 lakh, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The two deals add to the actor's property transactions in Mumbai, where he owns residential real estate, including an apartment in Satguru Sharan, where he lives with his family.
