As Indian families build increasingly diverse portfolios across investments, insurance, property and other assets, keeping track of and protecting their wealth is becoming more complex. This has created a growing need for tools that offer families a consolidated view of their financial assets.
It is in this evolving wealth-management landscape that Safebox, a wealth protection platform for Indian families, has raised $1.11 million (₹10.5 crore) in a seed round led by a family office, with participation from multiple angels, including Sekhar Garisa, Managing Director, Claypond Capital, investing in his personal capacity. Publicly launched in June 2026, Safebox has already helped customers protect over ₹6,000 crore in family assets across 55 categories.
