A row has broken out over Transport for London’s plans to build hundreds of flats on a Tube station’s “park and ride” car park.
The proposal is to erect five tower blocks beside High Barnet station to provide 283 flats, of which 100 would be “affordable”, either for social rent or shared ownership.
