Chelsea are reportedly considering a shock move for former Liverpool star Sadio Mane.
Following a stunning year with Liverpool, the Senegal international arrived at Bayern Munich at the start of the summer transfer window. During his time on Merseyside, Mane won both the Champions League and the Premier League.
However, the forward was recently suspended by Bayern after it emerged shortly after their Champions League quarter-final first leg defeat by Manchester City that the ex-Liverpool star had punched Leroy Sane in the dressing room following the full-time whistle at the Etihad Stadium.

Mane was subsequently fined by his current employers and left out of the matchday squad for their 1-1 draw at home to Hoffenheim in their next game. However, since the incident, speculation has been rife about his future in Germany.
And now Football Insider is claiming that Chelsea are ready to consider a shock move for Mane. The report goes on to claim that Chelsea will look at the possibility of luring Mane from Bayern, who want to recoup most of the £27m rising to £35m with add-ons paid to Liverpool last summer.
Mane scored 120 times and claimed 49 assists in 269 appearances for the Reds. And the report also claims that Liverpool have no plans to re-sign the forward this summer.
