Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan have reportedly split after one year of dating.
The Espresso singer, 25, and Saltburn actor, 32, have parted ways for now, according to PEOPLE.
"They are both young and career-focused, so they've decided to take a break," an insider told the outlet on Tuesday.
The pair met in September 2023 when they both attended the Givenchy show during Paris Fashion Week.
They sparked romance rumours when they were pictured on a dinner date in Los Angeles in early December 2023.
Since then, the duo has made numerous public appearances together, including at the Met Gala in New York City in April.
Keoghan regularly left loved-up comments on Carpenter’s Instagram posts and the Irish actor was seen supporting her at Coachella.
The Standard has reached out to Carpenter and Keoghan’s representatives for comment.
Keoghan starred as the pop star’s bad boy love interest in her Please Please Please music video in June.
Carpenter previously said she used her “not-even-biased opinion” to cast Keoghan in the music video.
"I was like, 'Who's the greatest actor that I can find for this music video?' And he was next to me in a chair,” she said on CBS Sunday Morning in October.
“And he was so excited about it.”
She added to Variety: “I think he's one of the best actors of this generation.
“So getting to see him on the screen with my song as the soundtrack made the video better and all the more special.”
Keoghan repaid the favour by praising the Taste singer during an interview in September.
“Listen, all I'm going to say is I'm incredibly blessed. Such a strong, independent lady who's massively talented and yeah. Pretty special,” he said on Spotify's The Louis Theroux Podcast.
There have previously been stirrings of trouble as it was reported in August that Carpenter and Keoghan were “on and off”.
Keoghan previously dated Alyson Kierans from 2021 to 2023 and they share two-year-old son Brando.
Carpenter had a high-profile relationship with fellow Disney Channel star Joshua Bassett from 2020 to 2021.
She was linked to singer Shawn Mendes in early 2023.
