S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens honoured her late band member Paul Cattermole as she began her radio show.
The pop legend was found dead at his home in Dorset on April 6 aged 46, and there are no suspicious circumstances around his death.
Rachel, 45, began her first noughties party show on Heart Radio this afternoon by paying tribute to Paul, who died just weeks after the band's 25th-anniversary reunion tour.
The singer, who has stepped in for Ashley Roberts while she's on holiday, played the band's hit Two in a Million in memory of Paul.
Starting the show, she said: "Thank you so much for joining me.
"And as much as I love being with you for the Heart 00s party playing all my favourite songs, it's a bit of an emotional show for me today, but it feels so incredibly special to be able to honour Paul.
"We are heartbroken, but we are all grateful for the memories we shared together.
"So I'd like to take a moment to play you this, which is a song that holds lots of memories for me, it's S Club 7 Two In A Million."
Earlier this week, Rachel was among her bandmates who paid individual tributes to their friend.
Sharing a picture of Paul on Instagram, Rachel wrote: "Thank you so much for all your beautiful messages of love and support The outpouring of love for our Paul has been so incredibly special and has meant so much.
"I hope he knew how loved he was. Such a kind, gentle and sensitive soul with the most incredible energy and such a wild free spirit. He would light up any room."
Finishing her post, Rachel described Paul as "an absolute shining star who we will love and miss always. RIP darling Paul."
Paul died six months before S Club's 25th reunion gigs, with the singer reportedly telling a fan he was "buzzing" for the tour.
A fan told The Sun : “I was a big fan of S Club back in the day... I knew Paul lived in the area and he was very happy and chatty when I introduced myself.
“He told me the band were going back on tour and couldn’t hide how excited he was about it. He was buzzing when he said, ‘I’m going to smash it – it will be brilliant!”
The next day the singer was confirmed dead hours after being found at his flat in Wareham, Dorset.
Bandmates have vowed to go ahead with the tour in his memory, with a source telling the Mirror: “The band are still too upset to talk about this properly but from the little that’s been said, they want the tour to go ahead.”
The group sold more than 10 million albums and had four No1 singles, went on to win BRIT Awards for Best British Breakthrough Act and their 2001 single Don’t Stop Movin’.
