The S-400 system played a pivotal role during Operation Sindoor, a military response launched to target terror infrastructure following the April 22 Pahalgam attack. Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh had earlier confirmed in August last year that India’s S-400 intercepted and shot down five Pakistani fighter jets during the operation.
This year, the DMA is presenting the “Tri-Services Tableau – Operation Sindoor”, which will highlight the operational synergy and successful joint operations of India’s Army, Navy, and Air Force. Lt Gen Bhavnish Kumar will lead the parade for the fourth consecutive year, while Major General Navraj Dhillon stated that 6,050 military personnel will participate. Military assets such as Bhairav, Shaktibaan, UGV, and ATAGS will also be featured.
