Rylan Clark has transformed his life after going through a heartbreaking split from his partner.
Last year saw the This Morning presenter take a break not only from his long-term partner Dan Neal but also from his career and social media accounts.
The former X-Factor star has since revealed that the breakup affected him so badly that he ended up hospitalised and his weight dropped to just nine stone, as he said that he was "in a bad place" and he was "seeking help."

In a bid to turn his life back around, he has taken five huge steps to help improve his mood and his looks.
Back to work
Rylan took four months off work in 2021 saying he needed to “take time out” following his split from Dan.
During that time he also went silent on his social media accounts.
Now he is feeling better, the star is back presenting his Radio 2 show.
He also has a new podcast, Ry-Union, reuniting celebrities with blasts from the pasts – and finding out who they wouldn’t want to be reunited with.
Getting back on the dating scene
After splitting with ex-husband Dan, 42, who he met in 2013 on the set of Big Brother, Rylan is hoping to find love again in 2022 and is dipping his toe back in the dating game.
Back in October, he decided to give popular dating app Tinder a go but was later banned for 'catfishing'.
He revealed that the dating app mistakenly thought he was breaking the terms of service, as they did not think he was who he said he is.
The popular presenter took to his Instagram stories to share a screenshot of his disallowed Tinder account, with the caption: "Catfish" and a crying laughing emoji.
The screenshot read: "Your account has been banned.
"Your Tinder profile has been banned for activity that violates our terms of use."
Rylan attempted to look for love on the app with the bio: "Tall normal bloke - 6'4" - am I actually on this thing?"
New hair and teeth
Rylan was left with a "swollen face" after making big changes to his look.
Taking to his Twitter account, he announced that he was "letting go" and "taking the decision to say goodbye" to his teeth.
The 33-year old was well known for his pearly whites but decided to get rid of them after almost a decade as he planned to replace them with a new smile.
He posted on Twitter and Instagram: "After eight years. It hurts, so much, but sometimes you just have to let go. I’ve taken the decision to say goodbye… to my teeth. New smile imminent" with some smiley face emojis.
The 33-year-old also tried to dye his hair blonde.
Rylan later appeared on ITV's Lorraine to show off his new teeth and transformed blonde hair as he joked about having a "midlife crisis".
Posting on Instagram, he wrote: "New teeth. New hair. Swollen face."
Spending time with friends and family
Since his heartbreak, Rylan has turned another year older.
To celebrate his 33rd birthday, he hosted a bash in his Essex home with his friends and family.
The popular presenter shared his celebrations with his 1.4m followers on his Instagram stories, along with three separate posts showing him posing under a spectacular gold, white and black balloon arch.
He looked sleek and stylish in his outfit which consisted of black skinny jeans, black boots and a long sleeved turtle neck shirt.
The celebrations continued throughout the night and even into the next morning as the star's Instagram stories showed TV presenter Lizzie Cundy only just leaving in the early hours.
Improved diet and fitness
At the start of 2022, Rylan shared an impressive transformation with his fans.
The This Morning host posed for a snap on Instagram with a toned and tanned six-pack.
Giving a smoldering look into the lens of the camera, Rylan thanked personal trainer Scott Harrison and his 'Six Pack Revolution' workout.
In the caption, he said: "Thank you @iamscottharrison for sorting me out . 1st wave done. Tomorrow we start 2nd x @thesixpackrevolution"
The plan included a complete overhaul of Rylan's diet to help him "eat his way to a six-pack" as well as a series of exercises to improve his core muscles.
