Rylan Clark fans have rushed to offer support after the star had a "rough night" ahead of an epic challenge.
The TV personality will join Emma Willis and Oti Mabuse to climb Scotland’s Cairn Gorm mountain for Red Nose Day, in aid of Comic Relief. The adventure will be captured for a documentary, Frozen: Emma, Oti and Rylan’s Red Nose Day Challenge, which will air on BBC One and iPlayer in the run-up to Red Nose Day on March 17.
But it seems Rylan is heading into the huge undertaking on very little sleep.

Sharing an unimpressed-looking selfie on Instagram on Tuesday, Rylan said: "When you’re home from DJing at 4.30am and got a mountain to climb FML".
Many fans rushed to offer him support, while others voiced their concerns. Pauline said: "Just be careful lovely man", and Emma said: "Look after yourself, sleep is so important. Take it slow".
Dan said: "You can do it", and Kate said: "Bless you, dig deep Rylan". Vicky said: "Good luck, you all will smash this".
Rylan previously referred to himself as a "Ben Novice" ahead of the challenge. The 34-year-old and his two celebrity companions will take on wild camping and battle the elements over three days and two nights.
