Rylan Clark addresses relationship rumours as fans issue Coleen Rooney demand

Rylan Clark has issued a statement addressing recent relationship rumours - and fans have urged him to seek help from Coleen Rooney.

There have been many reports and speculation about the former X Factor star's love life since his split from husband Dan Neale last year. But now, Rylan has set the record straight as he said he isn't in a relationship and "has no intentions" of being.

Posting to Instagram, he shared a statement from his PR team, which read: "In light of some recent made up stories, we, nor Rylan wish to comment on his private life. However on this occasion we feel we need to."

The statement added: "There is absolutely no truth to this story or the many other stories that have ran about this apparent 'relationship' in the last few weeks. Rylan is single and lives on his own. Any reports to the contrary are completely fabricated."

Rylan captioned it, as he said: "I tried to ignore it but this isn’t ok. For the past few weeks there’s been stories regarding my “relationship”. I’ve stayed out of it, ignored it, but this is ridiculous.

"I’m not in a relationship, haven’t been for over a year and have no intention to. I’m looking after myself for a change and it’s staying that way. Hopefully this clears any fabricated stories up the past few weeks and to whoever is ‘selling’ them…. Take care @carverpr_."

Fans took to the comments, telling him to "get Coleen Rooney on the case". One user said: "You need Colleen Rooney!!!!"

Jacqueline said: "Get Coleen on the case. Maybe Vardy's £3 million bill may be a deterrent." Another user joked as they said: "I knew I shouldn't if told Rebekah Vardy about us."

It comes after the WAG outed Rebekah Vardy for leaking falsified stories to the press from her personal Instagram account. The women then ensued in a High Court libel case, as Rebekah tried to sue Coleen in a highly publicised trial. Last week it was announced that Rebekah had lost the case after after Mrs Justice Steyn described the WAG's evidence as "inconsistent, evasive and implausible".
