Ryanair has taken down a newly-wed who tweeted at them to complain that his seat on the couple's honeymoon flight didn't have a window. Mark Bowe bagged a window seat on the flight to Ibiza but when the couple took their place on the plane - there was just a blank fuselage wall between them and the view.
He tweeted at Ryanair "Off on honeymoon now about to fly into #ibiza for the first time and we just can’t wait to check out the view on the way over…" with the tag: '#wheresmywindow' adding 'cheers @ryanair'.
Ryanair's social media team replied to the post with a reference to Mark's new wife, writing: "She’s regretting marrying someone who can’t read the fine print."
When a Twitter user replied: 'Ryanair admin your days are numbered', their response was: "Like this marriage", reports the Star.
In the company's Twitter bio it now says 'we sell seats, not windows'. Someone brought this to Mark's attention telling him "they have absolutely done you in their bio".
When someone tweeted 'who the hell still flies Ryanair' they replied 'Only 16million people last month'.
