Travellers are encouraged to check the entry requirements and covid regulations of the country they plan on visiting before booking.

Insurance that covers covid related implications is also advised.

So, what better way to start the week than turning those sun-filled daydreams into reality with a trip to one of these dreamy summer hotspots.

Currently the Canary Islands are only allowing fully vaccinated Brits in and covid regulations apply to anyone over the age of 12.

You can read Spain's entry requirements in full here.

It's also important to remember that each Spanish region can enforce their own regulations such as how many can be seated at a table and you can read all about the Canary Island rules at Hello Canary Islands.

Here are Ryanair's top five holiday destinations.
